In previous Pokemon titles, to get a Rhyperior, players have needed to evolve their Rhyhorn into a Rhydon at level 42 and then give their Rhydon the "Protector" item and trade the Pokemon. This would then evolve it into Rhyperior.

Thankfully, its evolution method is exactly the aforementioned in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Players will be able to grab a Rhyhorn in either the Scarlet Mirelands (Bolderoll Gradient, Diamond Heath or Shrouded Ruins) and the Coronet Highlands (Celestica Trail or Sacred Plaza). So following this, become the Pokemon to level 42 to evolve to Rhydon then trade it while it'due south holding a Protector.
